Pelanggan ini telah lama terlibat dalam operasi daur ulang dan penggunaan kembali ban bekas. Karena persyaratan perlindungan lingkungan yang ketat di daerah tersebut, pemerintah mendorong perusahaan untuk menggunakan peralatan mekanis untuk menggantikan penghilangan kawat bead ban secara manual, sehingga meningkatkan efisiensi dan mengurangi polusi. Setelah mengevaluasi beberapa pemasok peralatan, pelanggan akhirnya memilih bermitra dengan Shuliy Machinery.<\/p>    <h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Pemilihan peralatan dan fitur<\/strong><\/h2>    <p class=\"translation-block\">Pelanggan membeli Mesin Ekstraksi Kawat Ban Dual-Hook   (18.5kW) yang dirancang untuk memproses ban truk dengan diameter 900\u20131200mm, menghasilkan 40\u201350 ban per jam. Dilengkapi dengan sistem penggerak hidrolik, mesin ini secara bersamaan mengekstraksi kawat baja dari kedua sisi ban.
