- Use a forklift or crane to place the OTR engineering tires to be processed (e.g., R35-R63) on the operation platform of the disintegration machine and fix the tire position.
- Hydraulic system for positioning
- Start the hydraulic device through the control system to move the cutting arm and cutter to the set position, aligning it with the tire bead or tread part.
- Multi-point cutting and separation
- The OTR tire dismantling machine is equipped with high-strength tungsten steel alloy knives, which cut the tire sequentially from the tread, sidewalls, beads and other parts of the tire, and decompose the tire into 4~6 large parts.
- Unload the tire after disassembling
