Tire Recycling Machine

Shuliy OTR tire dismantling machine separates OTR tyres into 4-6 parts for large construction tires(size of R35(dia. 2100mm)-R63 or dia. 1400-2000mm).

The tire cutting machine is used to hydraulically cut tyres (with a size of 900-1200mm) and OTR tires (with a size of 1400-4000mm) into small blocks.

Shuliy steel wire drawing machine hydraulically pulls out the rim wire from one or both sides of truck tires(diameter of 900-1200mm), with a capacity of 20-50 tires per hour.

Shuliy rubber tire shredder crushes used car tires, truck tires, disintegrated OTR tires, etc., into 50-100 rubber blocks, with a capacity of 2-20t/h.

This fiber separator machine is used to separate fine fibers from rubber powder in the waste tire recycling line, particularly for nylon tires. It has a capacity of 800-1000kg/h.

Shuliy rubber powder machine processes 30-100mm tire blocks into 5-40 mesh rubber powder, while simultaneously efficiently separating the steel wire and nylon fiber. It has a processing capacty of 80-2300kg/h.

The tire steel wire separator efficiently separates the steel wire from the tire circle, applicable to all steel wire tires, with a capacity of 120 pcs/h.

Shuliy tire block cutting machine further cuts the rubber strips into small pieces of 3×5×6cm or 5×5cm for subsequent crushing, with a capacity of 800-1500kg/h.

Shuliy tire strip cutter is designed to cut the sidewall of waste tires into rubber strips, with a capacity of 1000kg/h and a size of 3-5cm wide strips.

Shuliy tire ring cutting machine separates tire tread, sidewall and bead (including steel wire bead) for nylon tires and steel wire tires(650-250mm), with a capacity of 40pcs per hour.
