In November 2025, we received feedback from Zambia about the plastic granulating line. The customer showed us that our plastic recycling pelletizing line works well in his factory to help with PE PP plastic recycling and makes quality plastic pellets for sale to profit.
Customer background and requirements
The volume of plastic waste recycled locally in Zambia has been increasing annually, particularly PE film and PP woven bags. To enhance recycling efficiency and product value-added, the customer decided to introduce a high-performance plastic pelletizing production line to achieve localized processing from waste plastic to recycled pellets. The customer sought equipment that is simple to operate, delivers stable output, and can adapt to the diverse raw material conditions locally.
Equipment and solution provided by Shuliy plastic granulating line
Based on material types and output requirements, we configured a complete production line for the client, including:
- Plastic shredder: Crush waste PP PE plastic materials into small pieces
- Washer: Wash dirt from plastic flakes and make them clean
- Dewatering machine: Dehydrate plastic flakes
- Plastic pelletizer: Use plastic flakes to produce plastic pellet strips by hot melting and extruding
- Water-cooled strand system: Cool plastic pellet strips
- Pellet cutter: Cut desired plastic pellets
This configuration can process both film materials and woven bags, offering greater adaptability and cost-effectiveness. We also prepared a layout diagram in advance to facilitate factory installation and site preparation.
Installation services and technical support
Upon receiving the equipment, we arrange for our engineering team to provide:
- Online guidance covering motor connections
- Pipeline layout, temperature settings
- Trial operation debugging
During the installation of this plastic granulating line, considering the high impurity content of local raw materials in Zambia, we remotely assisted the customer in adjusting the crushing and washing processes, ensuring more stable and efficient operation of the entire line.
Production launch and customer feedback
Following the successful commissioning of the entire plastic granulating line, the customer expressed high satisfaction with both output capacity and pellet quality. The produced pellets exhibit uniform color, excellent density, and command premium market prices.
The Zambian customer stated, “This production line has significantly boosted our recycling efficiency. We plan to expand output further and are considering additional purchases.”
