Working principle of metal chip brqiuetting machine
The working principle of our metal chip briquetting press uses high pressure to press the scattered metal shavings into compact blocks.
- Material loading. Load the metal chips into the compression chamber of the metal briquetting press.
- Compression. Start the hydraulic system, and the hydraulic cylinder pushes the press plate to move downward or forward. The machine starts to exert pressure on the material.
- Molding. Under high pressure, the loose metal shavings are compressed into dense blocks. The block shape is determined by the mold of the metal briquetting machine.
- Discharging. After the compression is completed, the press plate returns to its position. The molded metal block is pushed out of the compression chamber, ready for the next round of operation.
